The jewel wasp, or emerald cockroach wasp, is known for its ability to turn cockroaches into zombies by injecting them with a stupefying venom. The wasp then buries the cockroach alive, laying its eggs inside. The larvae feed on the immobilised cockroach until they mature.

Albert Camus is considered the founder of absurdism. Camus sees absurdity arising from ur paradoxical desire to find a unified explanation for the universe when constantly faced with the inaccessibility of that explanation.
